The lobby was impeccably clean, and the check-in experience was pleasant with a friendly new staff member. Comfortable beds and a welcoming room with no cleanliness issues. Convenient location. Microwave and mini-refrigerator provided in the room. Easy access to a great adjoining restaurant for meals.

During my stay at the inn, I discovered a man's watch under the coverlet, fortunately on the other bed. Despite this, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the convenience of having a microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean with great breakfast selections. The staff were attentive and amicable and always there to help. The location was conveniently near Red Oak, Iowa, and several restaurants. The food in the attached restaurant was good and delicious.

The double room here had a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area; the food offered plenty of options and tasted really good.

The rooms were surprisingly clean and spacious with all the basic amenities like a fridge and microwave. the staff was kind and helpful, always available to guide us and make our stay comfortable. the pool area was well-maintained, and we enjoyed the spa after a long day. the hotel location was perfect - close to restaurants and a grocery store. the laundry area was a big advantage for us.

The WiFi was terrible, which was disappointing, and even though we informed the front desk, they didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. the breakfast was basic and didn't offer many options.

Friendly Staff and Amenities

I recently stayed at a hotel in an undisclosed location and I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hotel staff who were kind and welcoming. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and free internet that was easily accessible. the hotel is situated in a convenient location near popular attractions and dining spots which made getting around easier.

I was not so impressed with the outdated facilities and limited amenities available. The rooms lacked modern upgrades and some of the basic amenities were either unavailable or difficult to access.
